Job Overview:
Fond du Lac Equipment Rental & Repair is seeking an individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude! The individual will provide the utmost customer service as the full time Customer Service Specialist at a growing, family owned equipment rental company.
In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the store organized, answering phones, filling out contracts, doing invoices for repair work, and greeting customers. It will require you to have excellent customer service skills, leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Customer Service skills are a must
- Computer skills are a must
- Schedule orders, pick ups & drop offs of equipment
- Help trouble shoot any problems that may come up on a day to day basis
- Interact with customers and employees daily
- Occasional weekends during busy season
- Equipment knowledge will be helpful
