As our client's Corporate Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing monthly consolidations, overseeing financial statement presentations, and ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations. ~ Top Requirements of the Corporate Accounting Manager ~

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• 3 years of experience in public accounting

• CPA certification

• Solid knowledge of GAAP Accounting

• Excellent Excel experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive learner who enjoys solving problems and facing a variety of challenges

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of work product

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Ability to work independently with limited direction from the manager

~ What You'll Do as a Corporate Accounting Manager ~

• Perform monthly consolidation of financial statements

• Present and review monthly and year-end financial statements

• Maintain the Loan schedule

• Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements

• Prepare and review adjusting journal entries

• Collaborate with auditors and respond to inquiries regarding financial statements and tax matters

• Assist the accounting team with ad-hoc projects as needed

~ What You'll Bring to the Corporate Accounting Manager Role ~

• 5 years of accounting experience with a mix of public and private sectors (preferred)

• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements (preferred)

• Exposure to real estate accounting is a plus
