Pinpoint Talent has an immediate opportunity for a Senior / Property Accountant.
As our client's Senior / Property Accountant, you will oversee financial activities for a portfolio of commercial properties, utilizing Yardi Voyager software to track transactions, reconcile CAM charges, and prepare financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Previous experience in commercial and property accounting
~ What You'll Do as a Senior / Property Accountant ~
- Manage accounting for commercial properties, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Utilize Yardi Voyager to track transactions and analyze property performance.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct CAM reconciliations and address billing inquiries from tenants.
- Support budgeting processes and assist in year-end audits.
~ What You'll Bring to the Senior / Property Accountant ~
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial property accounting.
- Proficiency in CAM reconciliations within a real estate setting.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Yardi Voyager.
