Job Description:
Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW to join our team of therapists for our position at a school district for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
Responsibilities of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker:
- Provide individual and group counseling for students.
- Respond to crises and provide immediate support.
- Conduct assessments to identify students' needs.
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Advocate for students' rights and needs within the school system.
- Develop and implement prevention and education programs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals.
- Manage caseloads and coordinate services for students.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
