Responsibilities Of a School Speech Language Pathologist SLP
- Conducting assessments, analyzing results, and writing reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills
- Writes assessment reports identifying the student's needs and proposed treatment strategies
- Writes individual student goals and objectives as part of the IEP
- Maintains progress records; participates in the IEP meeting
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the laws and policies governing Special Education in California, particularly as they pertain to the delivery of speech language services
- Completing treatment notes and progress reports in timely manner and according to school policy
- New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition
- Grade level Pre K - High School 2023 - 2024 ESY
- Submits all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basis
