WHAT YOU'LL DO
The RTS is responsible for providing physical care and in collaboration with other staff, shall be responsible for implementing programming designed to assist each resident with their individual treatment plan. This position supports the Behavioral Health Division of Pioneer Human Services by ensuring the provision of quality and cost effective chemical dependency services.

Demonstrate competency, good judgment, and self-control in the presence of clients and when performing duties. Have the skills and ability to work successfully with the special needs of the clients in our care and have effective communication and problem-solving skills with clients, internal staff, and providers in the community.Duties require the use of standard office furniture and equipment (e.g., desk, filing cabinet, laptop computer, printer, telephone, cellular phone, fax machine, copy machine, etc.) Ability to use MS Office and other work related software.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand continuously for up to 8-12 hours per day; reach with hands and arms, talk and/or hear. Ability to bend, squat, kneel and reach out and above shoulders. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Willingness to wear safety protective equipment as required for the position (i.e., safety glasses, gloves & foot protection).
