We are looking to hire professional, personable, hardworking, individuals who are ready to give Real Estate a try. There is zero experience required. We will teach you how to use our systems and help you through the licensing process. We will also teach you how to post ads and obtain your own clients, schedule and conduct showings, and fill out application paperwork. If you are interested in sales, we will also teach you how to farm your rental deals for future sales clients.

Both owners cut their teeth renting and managing multi-family properties for successful brokerages and property management companies. Along the way they gained valuable industry experience while building amazing relationships throughout Chicago. We have now been able to cash in on these relationships to secure listings that other brokerages do not have.

We have also mastered mentoring rental agents into sales agents. We have a fast-growing sales team that will help you through the licensing process and help farm your rental deals for future sales clients!

The pay is commission only and it is a 1099 contractor position. We put our agents first and pay some of the highest commission splits in the industry. We also offer health and dental insurance to all our agents and employees. Here is how you earn money as an agent at Pioneer Realty Group:

- Rent an apartment through the MLS (Multiple Listing Service, most brokerages have access to this, however the commission splits are typically low)

- Rent an apartment through our in-house database (Currently over 15000 apartments)

- Rent a Pioneer apartment (We have over 80 units currently owned and/or managed by Pioneer Realty Group)

- Obtain new rental listings (If you obtain a new listing you will receive a portion of every deal our office brings in for as long as you are working at Pioneer)

- Obtain new sales listings

- Complete a sales transaction (we have extremely competitive commission splits as we are trying to grow our sales!)

- Obtain new property management clients (you will receive a one-time bonus equal to one month of management fees as well as a portion of each month’s fees for as long as you are working with Pioneer)
