JOB PURPOSE:
Manage the project administrative functions and ensure project completion with customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performance Indicators
- Project Management Administration
- Overall Performance
- Budget Preparation for the Projects Department
- Based on Project forecast
- Preparation and presentation of Executive Management Report
- Tracking Reports
- Frequent visit to clients and serve them the best way of resolving their requirements
- Regular scheduled visits
- Finalizing the pending dues and ensure invoice payment on track
- Tracking Reports
- Lead to market search for new clients and opportunities
- Follow up on business opportunities
- Evaluating of Scope of Work provided by the client
- Compliance with Contract requirement
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Qualification – Master’s Degree in Management (CP or Electrical Engineering background is an advantage)
- Experience - Minimum three (3) years of experience on the same position in Oil and Gas Field
COMPETENCIES:
- Leadership skills

- Strong demand of English language
