Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Construction Manager to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. This role involves overseeing the construction of new developments as well as renovations of existing properties, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to completion.
  • Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, builders, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
  • Conduct site checks to monitor progress and adherence to standards.
  • Resolve any issues that arise and ensure solutions are implemented swiftly and effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and prepare reports detailing project status.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure they are followed throughout the project duration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role, with a history of completed residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, elements of construction, and project management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and human resources management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Valid Driver's License with current insurance
