Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Help Desk Specialist to support a federal program based out of Redmond, WA.
  • Requires an active TS/SCI FULL SCOPE POLY Clearance***
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist:
  • End-user support for software, peripherals, and devices
  • Installation of specialized software
  • Deployment of new desktop and laptops hardware
Qualifications of the Help Desk Specialist:
  • Active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph
  • 2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Compensation for the Help Desk Specialist:
  • Salary: $70-130,000/year *flexible based on experience*
