Essential Duties of the Patient Navigator:
- Provide personalized case management services to patients including inbound and outbound communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and field sales partners to address non-clinical barriers hindering therapy access.
- Display a comprehensive grasp of program services to tailor support according to the individual needs of each patient.
- Takes ownership of the patient journey, expertly guiding individuals through the complexities of obtaining prescribed medication.
- 2-6 years of professional experience.
- Experience in customer service, sales, care management, nursing assistant, CNA, healthcare workers, teachers, recruiting, human resources, or market access.
- Professional telephone etiquette; effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively engage on the phone or in person with patients, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
- $25.00/hour - $30.05/hour (based on experience)
