- Assist in planning and designing technology solutions to meet IT strategies and business needs, including collaborating with vendors, IT teams, and leadership to review design and technical requirements
- Implement system-related technology projects
- Create and maintain design and configuration documents by Configuration Management and Systems Lifecycle best practices
- Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for respective technologies
- Develop Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) for respective technologies and conduct training sessions for team members
- 8 years of direct experience with Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Active Directory
- Preferred certifications include MCSE or similar
- Experience supporting and working with Software Development Lifecycle (Agile, SCRUM, DevOps), Project Management Lifecycle, and IT Service Management (ITIL) processes
- Engineering experience with a broad range of technologies like VMware, Rubrik, and Zerto
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 **Depends on level of degree/combined years of experience**
