Piper Maddox has been engaged by a new venture founded by a group of renewable energy veterans. They have been given an extensive amount of capital to support an aggressive expansion plan.

They are looking to the largest end of renewable energy development which is solar, wind, energy storage, and transmission development. The Projects ranging anywhere from 500 MW to over a gigawatt per project and the majority of his assets are going to be based in the western half of the United States from Texas to California all the way up north. They are true Greenfield developers that are taking these projects from inception to NTP and then flipping these assets to other organizations to take from NTP to COD.

Together we are searching for a Capital Markets/Corporate Finance Manager this role will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and success of the organization. You will be responsible for execution of the company’s corporate funding needs, including the sourcing, structuring, and execution of development loan, equity and security posting financings with the objective of optimizing the business’s cost of capital and strengthening the overall capitalization and liquidity profile of our business, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company’s growth and development efforts.

This role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
