Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 20% LTIP
The Story:
We are seeking a skilled and visionary Director of Development to lead the development of large-scale renewable energy projects. In this critical role, you will oversee all aspects of project development, ensuring that each project is completed successfully while aligning with the broader organizational objectives. You will be responsible for strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, and driving project success from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive project success, navigating complex challenges and aligning with organizational goals.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and oversee key permitting and regulatory processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, community leaders, and permitting authorities, to ensure smooth project development and compliance.
- Ensure accurate project tracking, documentation, and reporting in accordance with company policies.
