The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities of the role

• Meet with customers, estimate and manage your own projects, dispatch and work with field personnel on priorities
• Manage a dozen field technicians in the team, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met, and continuing contact with customers before/after projects
• Needs to be able to visit sites constantly locally, typically no more than an hour away.
• Needs someone who can hit the ground running, can’t have someone who needs a bunch of training, needs to be presentable and personable with our customers

Background of the candidate

• 5 Years of Experience in program management, electrician experience would be a plus
• Customer Focused and detail oriented
• Prior estimating and project managing experience. (Accubid)
• Budgeting. Electrical construction.
• Commercial experience is crucial, residential isn’t transferable
• Must be personable and able to respond and manage multiple projects at once.
