Piper Maddox is partnering with an exceptional full-service solar electrical and building contractor who have completed commercial solar projects in 19 states and international residential projects.

They are looking for an experienced Solar Design and Estimation manager to come in and lead their Design & Estimation team. You will work closely with customers and internal partners on their commercial project offers ranging from 40kw-300kw from cradle to grave.

Responsibilities:

• We are ideally looking for someone with 3-5 years experience working in design and estimation for solar and renewable energy projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience managing a team of individuals and/or working as a team lead who is looking to make the official jump to management.
• Previous experience using engineering software (i.e. CAD, Helioscope, PVWatts, etc.)
• Great communicator!
