Job Description:
-Must have the ability to diagnose and assess maintenance issues.
-Must be familiar with NYC housing agencies rules and regulations including HPD, DHCR, RSA, ECB, DOB, FDNY etc.
-Must have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively address and resolve tenant issues and complaints.
-Must have strong writing skills and the ability to write, prepare and distribute correspondences regarding tenant and building issues.
-Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate building and tenant files.
-Must have experience in overseeing construction projects including Local Law 11 work, elevator, roof and boiler repairs and/or upgrades.
-Knowledge of Yardi software a plus.
-Must drive and have a car!
