Change Management Lead

W2 - FULLY REMOTE CONTRACT

USC/GC only

Our team is seeking a change management lead to help us deliver an enterprise-wide learning technology implementation in conjunction with other business transformation initiatives, which will impact more than 80k learners in the US firm, and our 500 member L&D team. This change lead will work in close collaboration with firmwide and L&D change/communications, with a particular focus on L&D as a business function, and our key stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities include:

Change management lead, focused on US, Mexico, and US AC L&D (as a business function) and our key stakeholders across the firm, in support of L&D’s ongoing business transformation needs, with a particular focus on an upcoming firmwide enterprise learning technology solution. The implementation of that solution is operating with a hybrid model of agile tech and business process development and a waterfall approach to change/comms.

Knowledge Preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar type role (dependent on Tier role)
  • Leading enterprise-level Change Management efforts in geographically diverse firms with 10,000 employees
  • Kanban
  • Microsoft tools

Core Skill Set and Background Requirements

  • Change management leadership experience (required) in agile projects (strongly preferred)
  • Scrum / Kanban knowledge preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (specifically MS Project) and cloud based tools
  • Ability to apply business acumen to analyze and prioritize technical and process changes
  • Knowledge of L&D and/or Human Resources technology in large enterprises
  • 5 years of business transformation experience (dependent on Tier role)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Scrum Alliance or other Agile organization certification(s) preferred.
  • Change Management certification(s) preferred.
