We’re looking for an Account Director to join our team.

Overview:

We are looking for someone passionate about delivering unmatched client service, delivering smart and strategic solutions to our clients, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll serve as the main client point of contact and agency quarterback, liaison between internal team members, partner with our PM team on budgets and schedules, and collaborate with and support senior management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 7 years of agency experience in an account/client service role at an advertising agency (pharmaceutical agency experience is preferred)
  • Well-versed in multi-channel digital marketing and campaigns
  • Experience with partnering with clients to develop strategic documents and communications plans
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proactively identify organic growth opportunities with existing clients
  • Deep understanding of analytics and data and providing strategic recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Strategic thinker who’s not afraid to share ideas
  • Deep understanding of their clients’ business
  • Serve as a vital link between client and agency to ensure client satisfaction
  • Plan and execute client activities independently in an efficient and high-quality manner
  • Can manage many moving parts/client deliverables and can effectively prioritize
  • Keep client deliverables on track and ensure deadlines are met through partnering with the PM team on status reports, budget spreadsheets, timelines, etc.
  • Support submissions via online portals/platforms for legal review
  • Excited about the creative process
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Resides in the greater Chicago area
