Pivot Path Solutions is Hiring a Program Manager - DHS/CISA Near Arlington, VA

Based in the Washington, D.C. We bring passion, sincerity and integrity to every product and service we provide to our customers. Pivot Path Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead and manage critical programs supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The Program Manager will oversee program operations, ensure adherence to project objectives, and foster collaboration between government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams. This position requires an individual with a strong background in program management, and federal government contracting. This is an on-site position at CISA office in Arlington, VA. Telework may be utilized. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Lead program execution to meet or exceed project goals and deliverables in alignment with DHS/CISA objectives. Ensure programs are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between DHS/CISA leadership and the program team. Facilitate regular communication, status updates, and program reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Manage a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, analysts, and technical staff. Ensure team performance aligns with project requirements and client expectations.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee program budgets, track spending, and ensure proper allocation of resources to meet project goals. Identify and address budget challenges in collaboration with leadership.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Proactively develop strategies to prevent potential disruptions.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with DHS/CISA cybersecurity standards, policies, and regulations. Implement quality assurance practices to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver performance reports, dashboards, and other reporting mechanisms to measure program effectiveness and to keep DHS/CISA leadership informed.
  • Contract Management: Work closely with contracting officials to manage contract terms and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Minimum Requirement:
  • An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PMP®) Certification at the time of proposal submission.
  • Demonstrated experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills in projects similar to the requirements of the statement of work.
  • Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment for requirements like those in this statement of work.
  • Demonstrated experience in government acquisitions and contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience in SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience in development of training techniques.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government official.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience. Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience:
    • Developing schedules and formulating work plans;
    • Creating long and short-term plans and milestones;
    • Performing project quality control;
    • Managing teams of 20 personnel; and
    • Supporting CISA and knowledge of various mission areas of CISA Divisions and Mission Enabling Offices (MEO).
