Pivot Staffing is Hiring a Packaging Associate Near Green, OH
Pivot Staffing is now hiring Packaging Associate for Plastics Production Facility in the Akron, OH area.
Packaging Associate Duties
- Inspect ware for defects and pack per standards.
- Assemble and pack product(s) per standards.
- Descale and finish parts with file and other tools or other finishing equipment as specified.
- General clean-up of work area.
- Perform other duties as requested by Management.
Tough/Challenging parts about the Packaging Associate:
Facility is hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
Packaging Associate Training:
Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)
8am-3:30pm on the first day and 7am-3:30pm the rest of the week
Training consists of paperwork and safety videos on day one.
Packaging Associate Compensation:
$14.30 per hour production bonus incentive
Average hourly is $15.50 – $16.50 after 30- 60days.
Paid weekly with Pivot and after being hired full time.
Packaging Associate Shift:
Training for all shifts will be on 1st Shift.:
1st: 7a-3:30pm. TRAINING ONLY THEN MORE TO:
2nd: 3:30pm-11:30pm
OR
3rd: 11:30pm-7:30am
Overtime is offered on Saturdays you will work every other Saturday and the option is to work more Saturdays.
