Sheetmetal Estimator

Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for estimating and HVAC systems? We are looking for a Sheetmetal Estimator to provide accurate cost estimations for our projects.

This salaried role requires strong technical skills, organizational abilities, and extensive HVAC industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop cost estimates for Sheetmetal components in HVAC systems based on project specifications and designs.
• Prepare detailed proposals, including project scope, specifications, and cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with schedules.
• Estimate costs for equipment, materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
• Define shipping, commissions, and payment terms with engineering and accounting teams.
• Maintain and update the estimating program for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide quotations for mechanical and electrical sub-contracts related to Sheetmetal work.

Qualifications :

• Strong technical and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and Sheetmetal components.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with customers, project engineers, and department managers.
• Ability to develop detailed cost estimates.
• Experience coordinating with design and production teams to ensure project feasibility and timelines.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation.
