Pivotal Partners is exclusively partnered to scale a Series A ($80mil) Andreessen Horowitz and Accel backed GenAI organisation. After generating 15m in open pipeline from inbound interest and having POCs in flight with 4 of the 10 banks globally, we are poised for significant growth. We have plans to quadruple headcount in the next 6 months, so it is time to hire our founding Creative/Marketing Strategist to strategise, execute and own our marketing function.
Role: Founding Creative/Marketing Strategist
Location: New York, US (On-Site)
Salary: 110k - 160k OTE
Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll be working directly with the CEO and C-suite execs to strategise, execute and own our marketing strategy across all media platforms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content tailored to our target audience, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in social media marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven success in developing and executing social media and growth marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
