IT Manager

You are responsible for leading all activities performed by the MIS team in support of existing systems, development of new capabilities and ensuring project execution is in alignment with our strategic objectives. The IT support group is accountable for ensuring continuity of computer system services for all users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in these areas as it relates to the Lab, Manufacturing, Packaging, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse and Accounting Departments

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 8-10 years experience in a role supporting a Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in IT leadership roles
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes for Pharma and operations
• Strong understanding and technical application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and regulatory guidance for industry
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge across several IT disciplines including Network, Security, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing Systems
• Strong understanding and process knowledge of Pharmaceutical Quality System
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and needs
• Relevant software certifications are a plus
