We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will report directly to the Vice President, Human Resources and will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support for the Washington, DC office. This includes, but is not limited to basic employee relations, employee onboarding, training and development, benefits administration, and recruitment support. Through HR functional excellence, this individual will provide needed resources to our internal business teams and support our full employee experience. This position is dedicated to enabling an engaged, competent, and diverse workforce in support of our mission and values.
