- Make reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide recommendations on destinations, attractions, and local customs
- Offer guidance on travel insurance options and visa requirements
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds efficiently
- Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and safety protocols
- Resolve any issues or complaints during the travel process

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or travel planning
- Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving targets
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency in using booking platforms and travel software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
