As part of the Tour Team, you will have an incredible, on-the-road experience selling Fresh Peaches to thousands of eager peach lovers over the course of 4-5 weeks throughout the Summer. You will work closely with other Tour Team members to successfully execute 2-3 stops per day -- serving our community with a friendly, positive attitude, working quickly and efficiently, and owning the task at hand. The Peach Truck Tour is an all-hands-on-deck tour requiring effective teamwork and the ability to remain energized in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. You are the face of The Peach Truck on the road!

Each of these tours (including training) will fall within the following window of dates:

Tour(s):

FL/Gulf coast/OK- 7/18-8/15

North East Tour- 7/18-8/11

You will report to the Team Leader and Tour Leader. There are several types of roles and responsibilities on Tour, which will be rotated through at the Team Leader and/or Tour Leaders discretion.

$1000 - $1100 a week

Greeter

• Provide an excellent first impression to our community, making them feel welcome and appreciated
• Provide an overview of our process, product availability, and specials
• Line management and Sampling of products

Slinger

• Receive orders and complete transactions in a kind and professional manner
• Upsell specials with excitement and respect

Loader/Mover

• Unload semi-trucks of product
• Handle product and deliver it to our community
• Assist our community in carrying the product to cars, as needed 

Everyone

• Create JOY for our community
• Drive sprinter vans, box trucks, and/or other company vehicles
• Set up and tear down at each location, leaving it cleaner than when we arrived
• Handle any other task that may be necessary with a positive, get-it-done, attitude

• Welcoming and helpful attitude with a strong work ethic, that can adapt quickly to changing circumstances
• Dedicated to placing the customer experience as the utmost priority, with strong communication skills utilizing a positive and customer-focused language, and expertise in customer education, upselling, and cross-selling
• Already turned 18 (minimum age) by 7/18/24
• Access to a personal smartphone, and Adaptability to current technology needs 
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift safely 40 pound boxes repeatedly throughout a shift
• The ability to commit to at least one of the 4-5 week tours on the road
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, efficiency, and keen attention to detail while multitasking
• Note: The tour typically has multiple tour stops each Tuesday through Sunday, and Mondays are typically travel and/or off days, but not always. This job is physically and mentally demanding and you will be traveling the entire length of your contract with a few exceptions.
