Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Overview:

Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and assist them in finding products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Provide product information, conduct product demos, and assist with purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in wireless, jewelry, appliance, electronics, or technical sales
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide excellent service
- Experience working in a grocery store setting is a plus
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
