Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes and customer preferences.

Duties:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings
- Cook pizzas in wood-fired or gas ovens
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen workstation
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a culinary role, particularly in the food industry
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS
- Strong customer service skills to interact with guests
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment like cash registers and ovens
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and portioning
