Startingwage for a full time General Manager position starts at $43k annually plus abonus up to 10% of the bottom line profit. Most of our GM positions earn aminimum of $70k after bonus. Higher volume stores can earn even higher annualincome.

Qualifications:

Youwill need to be at least 18 years old, with a GED or High School Diplomapreferred. You will need to possess basic math and solid problem solvingskills. Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the abilityand desire to work those shifts. Restaurant leadership experience is preferredbut we can train the right person with the right excitement. Lastly, you willneed to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolongedperiods.
