The ideal dispatcher will have a strong work ethic, can work autonomously as well as collaborate in a team environment, and is dedicated to deliverables and has a strong internal will to succeed. The dispatcher will be assigned their own team of drivers and a dedicated zone in the 48 states. The dispatcher will be responsible for using the latest in-routing software to establish daily trucking routes that make required stops outlined in customer contracts. Book loads from load boards, dispatch drivers, update brokers/customers/shippers/receivers and create trucking routes to meet customer scheduling needs.
