Job Description:We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide excellent service to our external and internal customers. You will help our customers understand the products and services we offer by answering customer inquiries and taking orders via phone, e-mail, or online requests.
This position is on-site, and a full-time opportunity.

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Problem-solving customer specific issues from order placement through delivery of freight

- Verifying rates, fuel surcharges, and any applicable assessorial charges are correctly input into the TMS Record keeping of customer interactions
- Contacting customers with shipment status updates as required
- Proactively communicating any service issues or delays to the customer and internal team as they arise
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Escalating issues that may arise for a prompt resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role 1 year in a call center environment
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task at a high level
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Familiarity with office software and multi-line phone systems a plus
- Previous experience, especially in transportation/same-day delivery services, preferred
