Job Title: Label Specialist (BASFJP00016171) – 3 Positions

Location: Research Triangle Park, NC 27709

Type: 12 Months Contract

Worker Schedule:

40 hours a week. Initially 5 days office based and then hybrid 3 days office based 2 days flexible

Description:

• The Label Specialist will provide BASF Agricultural Solutions with product label design while ensuring strict adherence to all applicable safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• The Label Specialist ensures that proper labelling is available to meet Regulatory submissions or production schedules and that labeling artworks are created to meet packaging specifications; print vendor requirements; and are as cost efficient as possible.

Main tasks: -

• Coordinate artwork layout, review, and approvals for business to customer (B2C) and business to business (B2B) labels.
• Maintain accurate records and database entries for artwork versions and changes.
• Demonstrate a flexible, supportive approach towards addressing prioritization of label workload schedules and adjust in reaction to schedule shifts.
• Communicate the status of artwork updates to stakeholders, effectively identifying solutions to meet their needs.
• Effectively work with Regulatory on market driven and/or EPA regulatory driven label changes occurring outside of predefined change schedules.
• Experience in working Label design. 4 years of experience required.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, and possess strong experience in related software applications such as: Adobe Software (Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, InDesign, Photoshop).
