Responsibilities
- Market and stage properties for optimal presentation and increased buyer interest.
- Conduct thorough property evaluations and provide accurate pricing recommendations.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
- Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and disclosures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Active Real Estate License in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Listing Agent or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successful property sales
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Hesperia and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using MLS systems and other real estate software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
