Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to become an integral part of our team! You will design and conduct training programs to improve individual and organizational performance in addition to duties below.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and online resources to deliver training programs for employees at all levels within the organization
  • Plan, create and coordinate specific course content for company wide e-learning manuals
  • Create inviting learning environments along with materials for session preparation and learner communications to gauge training effectiveness 
  • Monitor and evaluate the results of training programs, making adjustments as needed
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Partners with the project team, and instructional design to build content, keeping learning content relevant and up to date
  • Maintain the required level of knowledge related to the systems/content being taught
  • Develop training initiatives and strategies to improve organizational performance
  • Assist in new hire orientation process and other areas as needed for training 
  • Track and create reports on training outcomes for further training content development 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of recent experience developing and delivering training relating to Diversity, Organizational Procedures, HR, Leadership & Harassment 
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Bi-lingual Fluency in Spanish and English both verbal and written
