REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
- 10 years of prior success in senior marketing roles.
- Confident, driven and dynamic servant leader.
- Above average to Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Above average to Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- strong understanding of the proposal development and interview process
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy/Pursuits
- Working closely with the Business Development team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects
- identify market trends and opportunities in the A/E/C industry and develop and support a strategic marketing plan to pursue such opportunities.
- responsible for graphic design of all publications, brochures, website information and submittals that go out of house in any way.
- Liaison between Marketing Studio and Principal Group
- Manage workflow of marketing department
- Marketing training and mentorship
- Track Leads and Submittals
- Coordination w/ Principal Group on Marketing Efforts to create and maintain relationships with public clients (IDIQ)
- Marketing Sector coordination and execution of plan
- Aid in office Culture/Events
- Establish Brand Strategy and Maintenance
- Outreach and create and maintain relationships with editors
- Press Releases
- Coordination with Management on releases
- Develop, coordination and management of innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events to improve reputation and recognition.

- Coordination with Publications on Editorial Calendar
- Reviewing/Distributing potential RFP’s/RFQ’s
- Create Outlines and story board
- Sub-consultant coordination on materials
- Reviewing consultant information for submittal
- Quality Assurance of RFP’s/RFQ’s/Brochures/Presentation
- Overflow of RFP/RFQ’s/Brochures/ Presentation from Assistant
- Coordination with Studio and principals
- Coordination of Graphic Updates
- Annual Calendar
- Manage Efforts
- Rights
- Coordinate Campaigns
- Create Calendar
- Coordinate with Principal Group with content
- Updates and Maintenance Coordination
