42 - $36.74 / hour; $5,.47 - $6,.27 / month; $61,.60 - $76,.20 / yearThe Department of Agriculture, Parks, and Natural Resources is currently seeking a Parks & Grounds Worker and a Senior Parks & Grounds Worker.

Each level has different minimum qualifications. Parks & Grounds Worker Experience : Two years of responsible experience performing duties similar to those of a Maintenance Worker assigned to the Parks and Grounds Division or to another County division in Placer County.

Training : Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Required License or Certificate : Possession of a Qualified Applicator Certificate from California Department of Pesticide Regulation is desired.

Possession of a valid Class A or B driver's license with air brakes and tanker endorsements may be required depending upon the position.

Proof of adequate vehicle insurance and medical clearance may also be required. Parks & Grounds Worker - Senior Experience : Two years of responsible parks and grounds experience performing duties similar to a Parks and Grounds Worker with Placer County.

Training : Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade. Required License or Certificate : Possession of a Qualified Applicator Certificate from California Department of Food and Agriculture is desired.

Possession of a valid Class A or B driver's license may be required depending upon the position. Proof of adequate vehicle insurance and medical clearance may also be required.
