We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide crucial overnight awake coverage for residents in our adult care facility. This facility offers housing and personalized care services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:Compassionate Support:
Provide empathetic and compassionate assistance to residents with their daily needs.
Offer support with hygiene and ensure a comfortable living environment.
Medication Assistance:
Assist residents in the self-administration of medication, promoting their health and well-being.
Nutritional Care:Prepare special diets to meet the unique dietary requirements of our residents.
Training and Empowerment:Facilitate training sessions in basic activities of daily living to enhance residents' independence.
Foster socialization skills to create a supportive community within the facility.
Safety and Quality Focus:Actively participate in maintaining a safe, healthy, clean, and high-quality living environment.
Collaborate with the team to uphold our commitment to excellence in care.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of paid work experience
- Valid driver s license(optional)
- Good driving record
- Insurable under PLACES auto insurance
- Demonstrated competency in basic computer applications
Ability to work overnight shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
