Experience, Key Responsibilities and Position Requirements:

• Flat roofing experience is a must. Our company specializes in TPO roofing projects: (TPO is Thermoplastic Polyolefin - a single-ply roofing membrane that is one of the fastest-growing commercial roofing systems on the market. TPO roofing systems are a single layer of synthetics and reinforcing scrim used to cover flat roofs)

• Experience in the construction industry (particularly roofing and siding) and an understanding of the specific safety issues inherent to this industry is required.

• The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site.

• Experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion.

• Ensure project expectations regarding safety, quality, schedule, and cost guidelines are met or exceeded.

• Provide timely coaching and mentoring to the crew members to develop professional growth and cultivate a healthy team environment. Excellent communication skills a must.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required as a company vehicle is provided.

• Overall site management of concurrent multi-family projects

• Demonstrate ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment, adhering to project deadlines while ensuring quality standards are being met.

• Possess ability to effectively analyze and solve problems while working under pressure even when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.

• Conduct routine safety meetings and enforce company safety rules at all times.

• Effectively interact with building occupants and address any concerns.

• Maintain good communication with office to report any issues on-site and participate in resolution when appropriate.

• Document pre-job, in-progress, and post-job site conditions.

• Coordinate warranty walk-throughs and execute follow-up lists.

• Ability to read construction documents.

• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards.
