Partner Enablement Manager, MDR, cybersecurity

The position of Partner Enablement Manager is part of our sales team and is an in-person role based in our HQ office in San Jose, CA.
Job Objectives
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Enablement Manager to support and grow our partnership with Google Security. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of this partnership by aligning strategies, managing enablement programs, and fostering collaboration between our teams and Google Security. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that Netenrich solutions are top of mind to Google Security sellers and our sales pipeline with Google Security is growing steadily and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sellers, sales management, channel management, and field marketing resources at Google to ensure is top-of-mind and consistent pipeline is being developed and identified.
• Enablement Programs: Design, implement, and manage partner enablement programs, including training, sales campaigns, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and Google Security, ensuring that information flows smoothly and efficiently.
• Go-to-Market Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint go-to- market strategies and support joint marketing initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics for the partnership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, promoting our partnership and gathering insights.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in partner management, enablement, or related roles, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Must be able to collaborate in a global, dynamic, cross-functional organization.
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Must have a strong attention to detail and be biased toward action.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, with the ability to learn quickly and stay updated on industry trends.
• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings, events, and conferences.
Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience. We offer a range of great benefits to our employees: medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance benefits. The company provides 15 PTO days and 10 paid company holidays per year. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000.
