Creative Producer

Location: Culver City, CA

Schedule: Hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thur) Onsite

Pay: Up to $56.70/hour DOE

Planet Interactive is looking for a Creative Producer to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and will require a hybrid schedule working out of their office in Culver City office. Some weekend and off hour work schedule might be required.

Creative Producer Responsibilities:

• Act as the definitive project manager for all projects assigned.
• Coordinate tasks for a wide range of global teams including design, UI, editorial, localization, content programming, and marketing to ensure that projects are kicked off and completed on time and as expected.
• Work on high-pressure projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Set milestones and deal with priorities as they shift.
• Keep sight of deadlines and launch dates.
• Ensure that assets are delivered on time and meet the briefs set.
• Juggle relationships with several types of personalities, and operating with a focused sense of urgency.
• Work with the internal team members to to uphold the brand voice, aesthetic, and story.

Creative Producer Requirements:

• MUST have a backround in Sports or Live Sports industry
• 5 years related work experience working in marketing operations, creative operations, content operations, or creative production in-house or at an agency.
• BA or BS degree.
• Experience working in creative or marketing within the sports industry.
• Excellent social, communication, and written skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Advanced knowledge of iWork and Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to both lead and follow.
• Proven track record to lead high-profile projects within short timeframes.
• Proven ability to adapt to change seamlessly.
• Flexible in working days and hours - including off-hours, weekends.
