Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
•Answering phones and routing calls to the correct individual or taking messages.
•Handling basis bookkeeping tasks.
•Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
•Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by board of directors, committee, and executives.
•Helping to prepare for meetings.
•Using various software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
•Reading and analyzing incoming memos, emails, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
•Making travel arrangements for executive.
•Performing office duties that includes ordering supplies and managing a records database.
•Record student hours into TDLR database.
•Calculate student hours.
•Provide general administrative support.
•Active Listening
•Coordinate and direct office services, such as records departmental finances and personnel issues.
