In this exciting role as a Design Verification Test Technician, you will have responsibility for ensuring the safety and quality of company products. This is a hands-on dynamic role that allows for exposure to a broad range of activities. Those activities include operating equipment, conducting tests and reporting written data. This role also requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate with engineers. Lastly, being able to effectively manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
- Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
- Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
- Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
- Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
Must Have:
High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in design verification and reliability product testing.
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated industry (Medical Devices preferred)
- Experience in executing and recording testing in a lab setting
- Experience operating Temperature and Humidity Environmental Chambers
- Experience operating Altitude Environmental Chambers
- Experience operating vibration test systems
- Experience working with Insulin pumps
- Experience working with Glucose sensors
