For the expansion of our US Finance team, Planet Pharma's client is looking for a hands-on Travel Manager who has a strong desire to assume ownership for his/her role to join our US Finance team. Reporting to Director of Accounting, this individual will manage all things Travel and Concur to ensure policies are followed, provide timely feedback, lead and/or participate in special projects, and take on additional responsibility as demand for services increase. The ideal candidate should have solid project management skills for corporate travel program, excellent organization skills, experience working with internal control policies and procedures to ensure SOX compliance.

Education, Experience And Qualifications
• College degree required
• 5 years working in a Corporate Travel management role
• Leadership experience in a travel role required
• Strong international skills
• Corporate Onsite Travel Office background
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing and available to work extended hours as needed
• Ability to work independently and meet set deadlines
