Job Summary/Description: a growing biotech organization is seeking a collaborative professional driven by customer satisfaction to join their expanding Customer Service team. As a Customer Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier support across various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, order processing, quote generation, and managing the CS Team's shared inbox. This hybrid remote position demands a relentless commitment to prioritizing the customer experience above all else.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer support across different areas as per daily requirements, catering to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the shared inbox ticketing system (Freshdesk) to facilitate smooth order management, including order entry, tracking, and change requests.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and quote requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Handle vendor and supplier requests from distributors efficiently.
