HR Generalist
Perm/Direct Hire
Must haves:
*3 years of HR experience from a small company (approximately 50-300 employees)
*Experience utilizing an HRIS
*Experience with recruiting and benefits

*Paylocity software
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all human resources responsibilities, including HRIS management, recruiting, benefit administration, on-boarding/off-boarding, training and development and all administrative functions associated with these disciplines. The individual in this position will report to the Director of Human Resources.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
Maintains personnel files and record-keeping reports.
Communicates changes of personal information, benefits, salary, position; ensures information is updated in HRIS.
HRIS Management
Maintains HRIS system (Paylocity); carries out full integration of HR processes, data management and reporting needs.
Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within Paylocity.
Serves as subject matter expert on Paylocity capabilities.
Employment & Recruiting
Facilitates the recruiting, interviewing and selection process; offer letters, reference checks, new hire orientation.
Reviews, updates, and collects data about job duties for the preparation and update of job descriptions.
Benefits
Administers all benefit programs, including medical, dental, disability, FSA, 401(k), and worker’s compensation.
Assists with annual review/renewal of all benefit plans.
Assists staff in understanding benefits,
Assists with LOA admin & requests.
