Must Haves:
- Associate’s degree
- 2 years administration experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese

Job Summary/Description: a growing higher-education institution is looking for a customer service oriented individual to provide a warm and welcoming attitude to those visiting the institution. This person will be responsible for:
- Greeting individuals as they arrive at the Admissions Office
- Directing visitors to the correct location or office
- Greeting prospective and current students
- Sharing information and providing brochures
- Stamping documents as they are received
Assisting with document mailing or distribution
