Job Description:
A life sciences company is looking for a Staff Accountant. In this general accounting role, you will join a small team and assist with tasks related to AR, AP, cash receipts and disbursements, general ledger, payroll and financial reporting. You will work NetSuite and Excel, providing support to the CFO and Senior Accountant.
Duties:
- Assist and provide backup support for all tasks related to AR and cash receipts.
- Assist and provide backup support for all tasks related to AP and cash disbursements.
- Perform ongoing general ledger reconciliations and adjustments.
- Reconcile purchase and sale transactions with related companies.
- Perform or assist with payroll processing and all related tasks.
