Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Applications Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the Epic Ambulatory Team and the Revenue Cycle Team, managing a team of 20-25 direct reports. The position allows for remote work between 90-99%, with occasional onsite presence required for meetings and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Epic Ambulatory and Revenue Cycle Teams, including team leads for each.
- Oversee Epic implementations, upgrades, and support for large integrated systems.
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Background as an Epic Analyst preferred.
- Certification in either AMB or RevCycle Epic solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Proven track record in leading Epic implementations and upgrades.
Logistics:
- This role is remote up to 90 - 99% of the time but candidates must be local or willing to relocate
- Occasional onsite presence will be necessary, with relocation assistance available for eligible applicants.
