Description:
* Mostly Tier 1 Help Desk tasks at our Walk-up help desk and stations across campus
* Password Changes
* MFA setup
* Account Unlocks
* Email/Office 365 access
* Strong customer service skills
* Geared towards incoming students
* Help set up devices, account set up, password changes, etc.
* Users: 1000 students
* Help Desk vs. Desktop: all in person support
* Basic Active Directory experience
* Mostly Windows, some Mac is a plus (personal Mac experience is fine)
* Higher Education is a plus
Must Haves:
* 1-2 years of experience
* Mostly Windows, some Mac is a plus (personal Mac experience is a plus)
* Strong customer service skills
